The 13Spot Retailer and Wholesaler Program is made for business owners and resellers who want to buy in bulk and enjoy bigger savings, easier ordering, and access to the latest products in our catalog.

This program offers discounted pricing, flexible payment options, and reliable support for those who want to grow their business with 13Spot.

All interested individuals or businesses must register and be approved before accessing retailer or wholesaler prices.

2. Registration & Verification

To apply as a Retailer or Wholesaler:

Sign in or create an account at 13Spot.com.
Open the Chat Support popup on the website.
Send a message with the following details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Subject: (Retailer or Wholesaler)
- Message: Briefly state your intent to resell products and share a short description of your business (optional).

Once verified, our team will provide access to your dedicated retailer or wholesaler product catalog, where you can view and purchase products at discounted rates.

3. Discounted Pricing & Order Limits

Discounts are automatically applied when you order through your assigned catalog.

Approved customers can view live stock availability and limited-time offers directly through their catalog.

4. Payment & Shipping Terms

To confirm your order and secure your items, please take note of the following:

A 50% down payment and shipping fee are required before processing.
The remaining balance is paid upon pickup of the products.
Orders will not be processed until the down payment and shipping fee have been settled.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been processed.
Orders that remain unpaid or unclaimed after 3 days may be cancelled to free up reserved stock.

All confirmed orders receive a unique Order Code for easy tracking and follow-up with our support team.

5. Order Tracking & Updates

Each order comes with a unique Order Code (e.g., RT-#### or WS-####).
You can use this code to:
