1. Overview

13Spot’s Store Credit and Loyalty Rewards Program allow all customers to earn cashback and exclusive perks through various actions — no special application required.

Store Credits act as cashback that can be used as payment for future purchases, including pickup orders.
They are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-convertible to cash.

All registered customers are automatically eligible for the 13Spot Loyalty Rewards Program.

2. Earning Store Credits

Store Credits (₱) are rewarded automatically when customers complete certain activities or milestones under the 13Spot Loyalty Program.

3. Loyalty Tiers & Benefits

As customers continue shopping and earning, they move up through loyalty tiers that unlock higher rewards, discounts, and exclusive benefits.

4. Usage Terms

Store Credits can be used as partial or full payment for eligible items on the 13Spot website.
Store Credits can also be applied to pickup orders, which is the default order option for most customers.
Store Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used outside official 13Spot platforms.
Store Credits and loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other promo codes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cashback & Payment Policy

Store Credits function as cashback rewards and are automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

Cashback is calculated based on the net total of the order (excluding shipping).
Refunded or cancelled orders may result in the deduction of previously earned credits.
COD (Cash on Delivery) and pickup orders are both eligible for cashback once the transaction is completed successfully.

6. Policy Enforcement

13Spot reserves the right to:

Adjust or revoke store credits issued in error or due to system misuse.
Suspend reward access for fraudulent or repeated violations.
Modify program rules, cashback rates, or tier requirements without prior notice.

Customers are encouraged to use Store Credits responsibly and in accordance with the program’s fair use policy.
