Care & Maintenance Guide for Batteries & Pods

(Applicable for V2 and V3 Batteries, and all compatible Pods)

To ensure optimal performance and long lifespan, please follow these care and maintenance guidelines.

1. Charging

• Use only the original charging cable or a certified compatible charger.
• Avoid overcharging — disconnect once fully charged.
• Do not charge in extreme temperatures (below 0°C / 32°F or above 45°C / 113°F).
• If the battery becomes hot during charging, unplug it and allow it to cool down.
• Avoid using uncertified fast chargers that may damage the battery.

2. Cleaning

• Gently wipe the exterior with a dry, soft cloth.
• Clean pod connection points using a cotton swab lightly dampened with rubbing alcohol.
• Ensure all parts are completely dry before reconnecting.
• Avoid using water or harsh cleaning chemicals.

3. Usage Tips

• Always ensure the pod is properly seated before use.
• Do not expose the battery to direct sunlight, humidity, or hot cars.
• Avoid dropping, shaking, or applying pressure to the device.
• If performance decreases, clean the contacts before assuming a fault.
• Use only compatible pods for best performance.

4. Storage

• When not in use for extended periods, store the battery at around 50% charge in a cool, dry place.
• Recharge at least once every 2–3 months to maintain battery health.
• Avoid storing the pod inserted in the device for long periods.

5. Safety

• Never disassemble, puncture, or expose the battery to fire or water.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Stop using if the device or pod shows leakage, swelling, or damage.
• Dispose of batteries and pods responsibly according to local electronic waste guidelines.
